that a professional decorator edits to transform a
vacant house into a warm and inviting home, keep
the home in show-to-sell condition from 9 a.m.
to 7 p.m., everyday, until it sells. Home Mangers are
highly trained, qualified, independent contractors that
are carefully screened. Extensive credit and background
checks are performed, and smoking and pets are not

Insurance: We’ve got you covered!
Showhomes contractually indemnifies each Home Owner and
backs this with a minimum $100,000
property damage policy on each home. We also require
each Home Manager to carry a minimum $500,000 personal
liability, and we provide a $2,000,000 general liability
insurance policy. |
