Primarily, our goals are to be extremely successful in listing and selling single family residential properties in the Central Arkansas Market service area. New construction alliances shall be developed and enhanced with local builders.

Additionally, our Company will focus on Corporate Relocation Services such as home finding and destination services, marketing assistance and relocation inventory. This will primarily be accomplished through Cartus Mobility and our in-house Relocation Department.

Ancillary Services, such as mortgage, title, and home warranties will add to the profitability of the Company and the Associate alike. This one stop shop greatly enhances our level of customer service and position in the marketplace.

To accomplish these goals, training and support will be offered to enhance these services along with promotion of Associates to professional designations, which raise the standards of customer and client service.

Technological advances will be pursued to raise customer service, productivity, communication, marketing, professionalism, and profitability levels for the progressive Associate or Staff member, and the Company.
